These terms of use apply to the use of the website www.eventdock.nl and all underlying pages, including the client portal ("the Website"), offered by EventDock B.V. ("EventDock", "we").

By using the Website, you agree to these terms of use. Do you disagree with them? Then do not use the Website.

Our General Terms and Conditions apply to rental, sale, and service provision. The processing of personal data is subject to our Privacy Policy and, in the case of camera surveillance, the Data Processing Agreement.

You may use the Website to view information, request a quote, place a booking and manage your account.

It is not permitted to:
- Use the Website for unlawful purposes or in violation of these terms
- Circumvent or test security measures without our written consent
- Collect large amounts of data automatically (scraping), except by search engines in accordance with our robots.txt
- Overload the Website or disrupt its availability
- Upload or distribute malicious code
- Commercially reuse content from the Website without our consent
- Impersonate another person or organisation

In the event of misuse, we may block access to the Website or to an account.

3.1. An account is required for the use of the client portal. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by you.

3.2. You shall keep your login credentials confidential and shall not share them with others. Actions performed via your account are attributed to you.

3.4. We may suspend or terminate an account in the event of misuse, fraud, non-payment, or the provision of incorrect information.

4.1. We compile the information on the Website with care, but cannot guarantee that it is always complete, current, and free of errors.

4.2. Stated prices, specifications, availability, delivery times, and images are indicative and subject to changes and typographical errors. Prices and availability are only fixed after a written confirmation or definitive booking.

4.3. Images and visualisations of products and setups are illustrative; the actual execution may differ.

4.4. Information regarding regulations, GDPR, or camera surveillance on the Website (including blog articles) is general information and not legal advice. Have your specific situation assessed by an expert.

5.1. All intellectual property rights to the Website, including texts, photos, videos, design, logos, trademarks, icons, and source code, belong to EventDock or its licensors.

5.2. You may view, print, and share content from the Website for personal or internal business use. Reproduction, publication, or commercial exploitation is only permitted with prior written consent.

9.1. Complaints about the Website or our services can be sent to info@eventdock.nl. We will respond within 14 days.

9.2. Do you see unlawful content or do you suspect a vulnerability in our systems? Report this via info@eventdock.nl. In the event of a responsible disclosure of a vulnerability, we will not take legal action, provided that you do not misuse the data or publish it before the problem has been resolved.

10.1. We may amend these terms of use. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last amendment at the top.

10.2. These terms of use are governed by Dutch law.

10.3. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where EventDock is established, unless the law prescribes another court.
