- Platform
Start small. Scale up when you need to.
You do not need a complete platform deployment to start. This is how it usually grows.

- Command where it fits
One mast stays one mast. That same mast can later become part of a larger environment.
One connected site
Systems that reinforce each other instead of standing side by side.

Operations: the layer that is often missing
Delivering technology is one thing. Keeping it working is the difference.
On a construction site: someone enters after hours. The system classifies the alert as a person detection, verifies it, warns through the speaker and retains the incident for review.

Automation that takes work off your hands
Systems that talk to each other, so something happens at night too.

Workflows are configurable and set up per site. What is possible depends on the systems you choose.
Command: an optional local hub
Command can bundle cameras, gates, sensors, WiFi, networking and storage on site and connect them to the platform.
Optional
Command is never a requirement, not even with several masts. It is interesting for specific purposes, such as plenty of local storage, your own network core or a single central point on site. Without Command the systems still work on the platform.

Who manages what?
The platform supports different ways of working. Three directions we see in practice:
Managed by EventDock
EventDock manages the technical environment and the agreed services.
Managed together
Tasks and responsibilities are divided between EventDock and the customer.
Partner operated
A security partner uses our infrastructure while operating its own security services and monitoring centre.
We agree on the division of tasks per project; these are not fixed packages. Monitoring through EventDock is never mandatory.
Open and integrable
Where possible we connect to what you already use. Alerts, events and footage can be linked to existing systems and monitoring centres. What is possible we discuss per situation.
Storage, data and privacy
Footage and data can live locally on site, in the EventDock environment or with you. You decide the retention period; we configure it and record the agreements.

The architecture in five layers
- 01
Site
Cameras, gates, sensors, WiFi, power and storage on the ground.
- 02
Systems
Case, Pole, Tower, Edge, Connect, Gate, Sense, Power and Command as building blocks.
- 03
Platform
Management, AI, automation, storage and integrations.
- 04
Operations
Monitoring, diagnostics and support — by EventDock, you or a partner.
- 05
Multi-site
All sites in one overview, with standardised deployments.
We manage the technology. You manage the site.
You do not need to be a network specialist to secure a site. We deliver, connect and manage; you get on with your project.
Discuss your site.
Tell us what needs to happen and we come back with a proposal that fits the situation.
